Stand up Paddleboarding
Stand up Paddleboarding originated from surfers in Hawaii. Stand up paddle boarders stand on their boards and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water. Variations include flat water paddling for outdoor recreation, racing on lakes, large rivers and canals, surfing on ocean waves, and paddling in river rapids (whitewater SUP). We offer half day Taster sessions and full day Courses and trips on the reservoirs and canals of the Beautiful Peak District and surrounding area.
